Public policies and committed leadership
Effective public policies depend on committed and technically skilled leaders capable of mobilizing efforts and prioritizing resources.
In the field of education, data indicate that many professionals take on public positions without having had opportunities to develop the skills necessary for the role they play: about 53% of municipal education secretaries have up to two years of experience in management when they take office.
Therefore, we support and promote initiatives aimed at developing leadership, through training and scholarships that support these managers in implementing evidence-based public policies.
Furthermore, in face of the country`s child health challenges, we also engage in research initiatives that aim to support decision makers in the area.
